We will process a store credit which will be in the form of a code via email to you. We can only refund the cost of the item/s if there is an error with the order. This can take up to 5 working days to clear and we do not have any control over this.
* We reserve the rights to withhold refund or exchanges if the returned item is not in their original condition or damaged.
* We do not provide pre-paid return label, the customer will cover the cost of returning an item, we will also not be responsible for an items that is lost in transit so its advisable to send it with a tracked service, we can assist in covering the cost of posting the exchange item back to yourself.

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS
Items bought on sale or clearance can only be returned for a store credit or exchange as all sales are final.
